Our mission is to provide estate planning and other legal services to every client on a personal basis, providing cost effective representation and solutions, regardless of the sophistication of the engagement. We strive to develop close working relationships with all our clients, in an effort to satisfy their objectives, and to do so as quickly and economically as possible.
The founder of the firm, John M. Tassillo Jr, has been an attorney since 1993, having received his law degree from Columbia Law School, and his Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University. John became a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey in 1991, and subsequently passed the bar exam in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. He has spent several years working at some of New Jersey’s largest and most prestigious law firms.
The firm’s principal practice areas include fundamental estate planning, death tax planning, multi-generational estate planning, trust and estate administration, business planning (including succession planning), and trust and estate controversy matters.
A primary difference between our firm and other firms is our dedication to developing a friendly, highly personalized, business relationship with our clients, while still providing sophisticated legal services.
